Menasha Public Libary "Move to Amend" Referendum Presentation. Find out about the referendum that will appear on many ballots across Wisconsin this November asking for your opinion on whether or not corporations should have the same rights as individuals regarding contributions to political campaigns.

Jim Bowman of the Move to Amend organization will explain the effects of the U.S. Supreme Court's Citizens United decision on our election process.
